As a lifelong resident of Warren, I am deeply committed to making a positive impact on our community.
My vision for Warren includes fostering a more inclusive and participatory local government, creating opportunities for our youth, and ensuring that every voice is heard.
I believe in the power of collaboration and aim to work with residents from all walks of life to build a stronger and more unified Warren.
I’m a product of our local schools, a longtime local, and I’m ready to bring the public service knowledge and energy that Warren needs.
With both state and federal government experience, I work for New Jersey residents every day.

Sam Holden
As a father raising two young children in Warren, my goal in life is to build a future that my kids and I can be proud of. I’m passionate about creating a sustainable and affordable future.
A problem solver at heart, I graduated from Duke University with a masters degree in engineering management.
I currently work in medical device manufacturing, collaborating with folks from all walks of life, managing projects, removing inefficiencies, improving interactions with my organization, and creating sustainability strategies for a carbon neutral future.
My hope is that my expertise can help shape the future that all generations of Warren deserve. I know that private industry alone is no longer enough to make that happen, and so I’m pursuing a role in our local government.
I look forward to serving Warren!
